History of forming and development of INVESCO

The Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Service Joint Stock Company (INVESCO) is a first class state-owned company established in 1987. In 2004, the Company was equitized and converted into the existing Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Service Joint Stock Company (INVESCO).

After years of operations in various functions and fields such as: real estate investment, works of civil and industrial construction, technical infrastructure and industrial parks development, and investment consultancy, INVESCO has recorded strong growth and gained trust from its clients. The company has participated in many important urban development projects, giving the city landscape a new facelift in line with HCMC urban plan. The company has maintained a strong growth rate in terms of revenue and profit, generating profit for its shareholders and members, actively contributing to the socio-economic development of the city.

The company has continuously received Competition Flag of Excellence and many Certificates of the City People’s Committee and Prime Minister, and especially the Labor Medal of III Class (2001) and Labor Medal of II Class (2006) for business achievements and many other certificates of Merit of Central and Municipal authorities for cultural and social activities.
